Show values in table up to period selected

Hi,

I am trying to work on a like for like report example where i only want to report up to the period selected (see attached for an example).  The other periods and values shown should only be for the finanical year that the selected period falls within.

i.e period selected = P13 W4

I then need to report on the same periods shown for the last year.

Can anyone tell me how i can do this in a table?
