Showing all values in a dimension irrespective of its association

Hi,

I have a table that has student course completion details. When I try to create a pivot table with Course_Dimension1, Course_Dimension2 and Student_Dimension1, I get only those values of Student_Dimension1 which are associated with Course Completion. But, I want to display all values of Student_Dimension1 irrespective of whether there exists all values of Student_Dimension for Course_Dimensions or not.

Basically, I want a pivot table, with Course_Dimension1, Course_Dimension2 breaking out by all values in Student_Dimension1
