What are you wanting to indicate? The proportion of the tests that are Manual vs Automatic (I'd use a Stacked Bar Chart, and show all different tests as the Dimension) or two results for the same test (like having two hands on a Guage)? Or do you just want to show the Result on a Guage and add some text below to indicate how manual/automatic the measurement was?
