Slide bars not working for QV webaccess in IE 11

When a QVW document is opened in IE 11 the sliders to scroll list boxes and tables do not work. When swithing to Chrome and Firefox all works as expected.

Have you seen this post?   IE 11 is not supported in QV Server versions lower than 11.20 SR5.
