Sometimes scroll bars of pivot/straight table disappear for no reason

Sometimes scroll bars of pivot/straight table disappear for no reason.Dragging in/out any of the corners of that report (by just disturbing the height/width of the object),they reappear.Is this a bug? Did somebody come across this before? I am using QV 8.5.

I have experienced this in line / bar / mixed charts, where the data seem to disappear until you click on where the horizontal slider should be (but isnt'). Then the numbers on the horizontal axis appear again along with the data.

No idea what this is, but interested in more information. (Also using QV 8.5)
