Sort in pivot table

This is a pivot table below: Zone dimension has the following fields: Zone1, Zone2, Zone3.  How can I sort the numbers in either ascending or descending order? Zone is not one of the dimensions that is available within the Sort tab, for me to apply sort.

The only dimension displayed within the sort tab are Game, Code and Location.

Game               Code               Location               Zone               Zone1     Zone2          Zone3

TT                    jp                    oo                                                  8               7                    3

                         KK               PP                                                  1               9                      4

                                             jj                                                       9              6                     2

                        YY               UU                                                       2             3                    8

                         CC               SS                                                       8          5                    1

Hi Monalisa,

Even if it's Pivot Table... you can still sort by Expression. You can use the Sort Tab > Expression and then type in your expression. Please post sample QVW file in case you can't make it to work.

Thanks,

DV

Hi Deepak,

Is it possible to sort the expression by the totals of each section (defined by the leftmost dimenstion in the pivot table) and then do the sort within each of the section?  So basically the category with the highest total would come to the top, and within that category each of the subcategories would be sorted highest to lowest.

Thanks,

Zan Miller
