Specific problem with Input_Boxes

Hi,

as an element of a new app, I have a number of Input_Boxes on a sheet where the user can enter data.

With Input_Boxes, I can set up data_validation rules like I would in MS Excel.

I have done so for some of the Input_Boxes, listing all the valid values in a Dropdown list.

<=> the issue is, there is a little triangle at the side of the entry_field that signifies that there is a Dropdown_list of values
<=> When the user doesn't know these values by heart and clicks anywhere else in the entry_field, then they cannot
leave it anymore without entering a valid value ...

Is there any way round this?

Thanks a lot!

Best regards,

DataNibbler

Hi Data,

not sure I follow 100%, but you can just press escape key surely? That will cancel and take you back to the triangle dropdown

Hi Joe,
