Stack bar Chart

I have created a stacked bar chart as per attached document.

I want modify this chart as follows

There should be two columns for Act and Bud

Legend Should be Prd

X axis should represent %

Columns should indicate % of each Prd

Is this possible? If so pls help me with modified sample of chart
