Stacked Bar Chart: Stack segment number

Hi

In a Stacked Bar Chart, each bar comprises different coloured stack segments for each stacked dimension value.

Is there any way to identify what I am calling the Stack Segment Numbers, as in if something say returned 1 for bottom segment, 2 for segment above etc............  It does not matter what values is actually returned, I just wish in an pression to do something only on the bottom segment.

[I am not sure if Stack Segment Number is the correct term to use, but I had to use something]
