Standard Line on Bar/Line Chart

Hi Guys,

I have a bar/line chart that shows the average number of activities by person. The Optimum number that should be processed is 47.

I wish to have a line that crosses the graph at 47.

I have intially loaded it from a excel sheet, but when an option from a list box is selected to get a drill down view - this optimum line disappears, as its not relative to the list selection - Can I LOCK this line in at 47 ?

I have tried by not using a formula and just writing the demension at 47, but then it will extend out over the reporting period, see picture below.

Can anyone help with this please ?

Hi,

have you tried the reference line at presentation tab of (bar) chart properties?

Set expression to 47.
