Static Accumulation

Hi friends,

I have data for fiscal year from Apr-Mar,I need to accumulate data for 12 months,but when I select any month the data should not be changed it remains accumulated for that month,

in following snap shot as Aug-14 has 1260 for Kar state and for MH it is 200,

but as I select any month like Aug it show following result,which is not same,

I need it remains 1260 for KAR and 200 for MH..
