Static Scatter Map Chart

i need to create a scatter chart of the word map.

i need it to be static (no internet connection)

so i need

1. word map image

2. a list of country or contitent with their  latitude longitude on the image map

where can i find it?

Create a scatter chart and set a map as background . Then set the scattered co-ordinates(X,Y).
