Stock chart by year on X Axis by interest type not working

Hi All

I like to plot the stack chart shown the diff type of interest rate amount by year on X axis. But i unable to get it right.

The link doesnt exist, but try to promote second dimension.

Uncheck Properties -> Colors -> Repeat last color
