Straight Chart - Aggregating Data

Hi,

I'm having trouble aggregating this data on one row (see attachment)... Bill Number 700077 is a credit (credit = 1) if that helps...

This just seems to return the Credit Bill Number (not the summed up values shown in my 1st attachment)?

Just for clarification, I keep my 3 dimensions as: Bill Number, Bill Original BillNum, and Bill Replacement BillNum correct?
