Straight table Custom format?

Hi i have Exclel data below like

Region   Country    amount

a                   India     10

a                   china     20

c                   usa        30

c                   canada   40

d                  japan         50

d                   kora          60

now i want output like below in straight table

its like a grouping please help

still this is PIOVT table i want to hide some column's that column's are used in  for comparing

so i want it to only in straight table
