Sub Total in Pivot Table

Hi,

   Please find the Attachmant of Excel File.

   This Excel Having the two sheets

          1)Data

          2)Output Needed

  Data Sheet Having the Data.

  Output Needed Sheet Having the Requirement.

  in the Output needed sheet having Yellow Marked Lines check the formula for that total,we need the total like this in "Pivot Table"

Hi,

See the updated attached sample file like this you have to use it,You have to load calculated field for Total  Sales, Total  Netprofit by the help of Resident load then you are able to show data some thing that you provide.

By this load

Load

Sum(If([Account Name]='Sales',Values)) as TotalSales,

Sum(If([Account Name]='Net Profit',Values)) as TotalNetprofit

Resident Raw;

NO problem see next updated file might be you can use like that.

By using this syntax

For Sales

=Sum(If([Account Name]='Sales',Values))

For Net Profit

=Sum(If([Account Name]='Net Profit',Values))
