Subtotal in Pivot

Need help with the subtotal in Pivot.

I want to show the regionwise subtotal. Pivot table  will have region followed by manager for that regions and then subtotal for the region.

While trying to create pivot for the same. Im getting Region, Manager, Sales, Sales% but not the Region followed by the manager.

OUTPUT FORMAT:

Amt	Sales	Sales%
Region A
Manager1 for Region A
Manager2 for Region A
Manager3 for Region A
Manager4 for Region A
Manager5 for Region A
Region A Total
Region B
Manager1 for Region B
Manager2 for Region B

Hi, in the Presentation Tab of the Pivot Table, check the option Show Partial Sum for Region and also for Manager. Being the Dimensions of your pivot I take. Regards, Sander
