Try this?

Match(Heading_Subtotal,'1.Profit for the year'  ,'2.Depreciation','OPERATING ACTIVITIES',

'3.Amortization',  '4.Provision-doubtful debts',  'CHANGES IN WORKING CAPITAL',

'5.Provision-slow moving inventories',  '6.Provision-employees terminal benefits Nett',  'INVESTING ACTIVITIES',  '7.Accounts receivables-Trade',  '8.Prepayment and other receivables','test','OTH','FINANCING ACTIVITIES')

Add same values in Excel and do same as earlier. And, Additional we can use BG color to make red for Sub total.
