Suggestions/Guidance with monthly headcount-time entry

Hi guys,

I am working on a utilisation dashboard into which I need to load a new spreadsheet showing which resources are in each region each month.

I have attached the spreadsheet so you can see the format of it.

Along with this I am loading time-entry details, monthly time period details and resource start/finish dates

The months in the attached spreadsheet match up with the month descriptions in the period details.

I'm not sure of the best way to go about tackling this scenario.

Each resource's monthly available days (network days) should be factored by the number shown in the spreadsheet for that month.

I'm guessing I need to convert the data so I have a column for month, a column for the resource ID (peoplesoft ID) and a column for the multiplier.

Trouble is, can I do this conversion in QlikView? or should I do it in the spreadsheet?
