Sum Range of Ledger Accounts with Exclusions for Multiple Companies

Hi QlikCommunity, I am trying to calculate accounting figures for multiple companies given a range of accounts.  How can I do it in the script?

In the Ledger Transactions Table, I have:

Amount

Account Codes

Dimension T10

Dimension T3

Company

For specific accounting figures, I need to sum Amount over range of account dimensions and there is some exclusions for some companies. 

Turnover

Company	A	B
Ledger a/c code	2834010.......3178010	2834010........3178010
Dim T10	7832100020..7832100060	7832100020.....7832100060
Dim T3	Exclude    3KX3

How can I Group the Accounts in script with exclusions and sum the Amount to calculate turnover?

what is to be included, what is to be excluded ? not very much clear to me
