Synchronized Charts

Hi,

I need show two charts (dinamic tables) synchronized.

In Chart 1 I have 3 dimensions (Company, Plant and Account)

In Chart 2 I have the same 3 dimensions and one more dimension (Project).

I need to show dinamically  Chart 2 with  detailed information for the 4 dimensions according with the dimensions shaw in the Chart 1.

In other words, when I select an Account in Chart 1 I need to show Chart 2 with details from the Projects contained in the Account of Chart 1.

How can I do that?

Thanks.

Andre,

If Accounts and Projects are related in your data model, you don't need to do anything else.  This is how QlikView works.

Thanks Michael,

Yes they are in the data model, but there are two data sources (from different databases),

The data source from Chart 1 has total values for the 3 dimensions related.

The data source from Chart 2 has their values for the 4 dimensions .

I need to show distorcions betwen the sum values from Chart 2 (at Projects level) and Chart 1 (at Accounts level).

I would like to show Chart 2  and 1 in the same container and alow to compare the differrences betwen the values.

Thanks again!

In Chart 2, do so:

In project dimension enable [allow conditional] and in the text box... If(GetFieldSelections(Account)=1, true(), false()).

When select Account anywhere, chart 2 show de column project.

From what I understand, I think that's what you want
