Table Box Filtering - Calculation Condition

Hi,

I am trying to filter a table box using something simple like the formula below but unable to get it to work. Am I able to use the calculation condition for this or is there another way. I have tried using below and if statements without success.

= [Field] > 2

A table box does not support calculations.

What can you do is select that field based on a button or trigger

Hi

You could try using a Chart of type Straight Table, as that does support calculations.

I don't know why I didn't think of that. Excellent!

Settings > Triggers > Variable Event Trigger > Add action(s) OnInput

Choose Variable

Add > Select In field

Obs

No worries, it is what is known as BLOB.

Not BLOB as in Binary Large OBject.

But BLOB, as in the BLindingly OBvious.

A while ago I going bananas as why QlikView was not sending emails to me.  Then someone pointed out my BLOB - I had set up and forgotten an email rule to move all emails from our QlikView Email sender address to a folder and was only looking in my Inbox not this folder.
