Table box export to Excel problem

There seems to be a problem exporting a table box (placed inside a Container box) in webview to Excel - QV crashes. Anyone has an explanation for that problem?

Peter,

It works fine for me.

What is the data volume you have?

Hi,

it is no matter of data volume, in the attached sample you see only 6 rows. And it happens only in web view!

Seems as a problem in Container, when the table box is defined outside the container it is working fine.

hicmto‌ please look into this.

Regards,

Jagan.

Its related somehow to the presence of the table TB01 on the sheet and in the container.

In normal desktop view, and look at Sheet Properties | Objects, you will see TB01 listed as an object (although it is not visible). I deleted that object and then switched back to webview. Then I exported the table to Excel without a problem.

The presence of the linked object should not be a problem, but perhaps that object was corrupted somehow.

Yup = the extra TB01 reference reappears spontaneously. Container bug (or corruption) most likely cause. You could try a no-data load which may get rid of the corruption the container - or it may be enough to delete TB01 in the table and from the container, delete the container and recreate the objects.
