Target for reference line

Hello All,

Am having an issue to create a target with a reference line. I want to stop the reference line where the IC is 5 and PSR is 10% so that it forms a rectangle. But as per the diagram both lines continue after they meet at (5,10%)

Can anyone help me on this?
