Top 10 Customers using Pivot Table

Hai,

I'm trying to get the Top 10 customers in the straight table. So I have assigned 10 to Max Visible No. But the grand total shows the total customer's sales not for the top 10 customers. I want to display only 10 customer's grand total. Please suggest / advice me to get this.

Thanks in advance..

You can use Set Analysis to only show you Customers with the Rank(sum(Sales)) <=10. If you look at the last Sample within the "Set Analysis" article in the Help Section, you'll see a similar expression (except that it compares sales to a specific number and you will be ranking them instead).

cheers!
