Top 20 sorting issue ?

I'm having an issue with displaying the top 20 names in the list. The  names should be sorted based on the total requests count and if the request count is same, sort the names using the last name in ascending order. The issue is the last 2 names are wrong in the list in the attached workbook. How do I sort the names using their last name when the counts are same ?

The date filters selected are  year = 2018 and Quarter =  Q3, so the current position is based on those filters.

This is the list for 2018 Q2 where LIM-SEIWERTM TANGUY is ranked 20... why do you have it showing as 21?

I think you have the header title in the first row which is why you are seeing that person as 21.

Right, but the actual rank is 20, correct?

But your screenshot says Prior period rank to be 21, why?
