Top 3 Customers & Rest of all Customers should display as Label With Others in Pivot Table

Hi All,

i am having table data as follows

Customer	Amt
a	8
a	10
b	20
c	7
d	10
e	15
f	12
f	20

I Want to Display Data in Pivot Table as Top 3 Customer Names and rest of the customers total as Label Others as shown below

Customer	Amt
f	32
b	20
a	18
Others	32
Total	102

Please Help me in resolving the above.
