Top 3 values based on latest month and quarterly data

Hello Qlik developers,

I have a user requirement to show top 3 values based on latest 3 months data which is working as expected now user has another requirement as below.

1. if  data is from jan to april they user to see top 3 values from jan to march as a quarter and april top 3 values.
2. If my max month is may then user want to see Q1 top 3 (which includes jan feb march), April and may top 3 values. 
3. if max month is june then user want to see Q1 top 3 (which includes jan feb march), April  may and june top 3 values. 
4. If max month is july then user want to see Q1 top3 , Q2 top 3 and july top 3 values.

Same logic applies moving forward when Quarter completes.

Please can someone let me know how can i achieve the above logic?. I have attached the sample data from jan to april.
