I don't want to do any changes in excel

But I need to convert data like this in QV

If it is in QV, you can use CrossTable feature to achieve same.

First table is Excel(Data source)

second table is I need show in QV

Then use Cross Table to fetch it into QV.

Once it is in QV you can show it in your own way.

Better you send at least excel file.
