Trellis Chart only printing two of 3 rows in report

I created a report and added the trellis chart in but only the top two rows show up in the report. why won't the 3rd row that I see in the dashboard show in the report?

Might there be a scrollbar in the Trellis chart?

If you only have three rows to show in your Trellis, you might want to set the number of rows to three and the number of columns to 1 in the Trellis settings. That way you know for sure if you really have the three rows selected. Or set the rows to 1 and columns to 3 of course

All three rows are showing on dashboard but on the report it only displays 2 rows unless I resize it in the report but then I can only fit that one chart on the one page.
