Hi,
I'm using the Desktop QlikView Client.
I'm in need of an OnOpen Trigger URL (to open my QlikView AccessPoint). So far I have no problems. But how do I define the URL to open inside the Desktop QlikView Client, and not in my default browser?
Hi
If you want to open a URL from the QVClient, I think you must to use the option External -> Run Macro and in this macro create an EXECUTE iexplore.exe "URL" statement.
(iexplore or anyone browser)

Hi Jose,
I think I explained this the wrong way.
I want to open a url (my AccessPoint) inside QVClient, from a OnOpen function inside a QV document.
So when I open this QV dokument in the QVClient, I want it to automaticly open the the URL (AccessPoint) inside the QVClient.
I hope this was explained better
Hi
You can't open an URL inside you QVClient, you need a browser, using the previous thing I said, you will open your URL in a browser.
Or... I think I don't understand your question still.
To start from the top of my problem:
We are using Nprinting to make reports, from data fra QV documents. To access some of the reports, we have to enter the AccessPoint (http://xxx/QlikView/) before we can open the documents.
Therefore I need to open the AccessPoint inside QVClient, before making the connection to the report.
Did that make sense?
