Tuning SAP Connector II

Most of my SAP Connector installations have been successful with relatively fast reloads however one customer with an off-site SAP server is experiencing slower extraction than other customers when extracting information from the ERP tables so I want to to see if there are any new methods to tune the QV SAP since the below post was made:

I've done or am in the processes of reviewing all the suggestions in the above post, so please no need to repeat the same the same suggestions.

So, has anybody seen anything new lately on tuning the SAP Connector?
