Because you use the wrong syntax and need to reference a listbox:

http://myserver//QvAJAXZfc/opendoc.htm?document=DocumentName.qvw&host=Local&select=LB01,(Value1|Valu...

Then you can't use url's to pass parameters. Use the Open Qlikview Document action like Josh explains in his second post in the same discussion: Re: Passing Parameters in a URL and Document Chaining
