URL issue

Hi all,

I have used below expression for qlikview URL

=If(Dimensionality() = 0 , '', 'Click here to Add Notes<url>'&URL)

In data  I do not have urls for some customer no but it is showing URL click option for all customers in a chart.

But cutomers having no url that link is not clickable on chart for rest it is clickable.
