Unable to concatenate 2 rows in dimension where it has matching partno.

In PRESSL2DFG column, has matching part nos. there are 12 rows above and i need to combine it as 6 rows

output can look like GN15-N50202-DB/EB, i have combined last two rows in that column. It is pivot table. Any ideas how i can get it
