Unable to fetch License data by connecting to QVSManager.exe

Hi Experts,

We are using the tool to create a Dashboard to display all the DOC CALS and USER CALS in the server.

In the Qlikview application we are custom connecting to QVSManager.exe. The connection is established successfully. But later we are getting the below error:

If 0 = 0 Then

  CUSTOM CONNECT*Provider*QVSManager.exe*XUserId*XPassword*

  End If

  If 0 = 1 Then

  ServerInfo:

SQL SELECT * FROM ServerInfo

  Error: Unable to connect for result set

  General Script Error

   Execution Failed

We checked all the services, and everything was up and running at that instance.

Someone please help with the reason for this failure.
