Unable to fetch the log file. It could be that it is too big

Hi all

I have encountered the message below. 

Information: Unable to fetch the log file. It could be that it is too big; try decrease the 'MaxLogRecords' application configuration value (its current value is 1000)


Searched the forum and notice there were quite a few postings for the same question.

Is there a solution to this message?


Currently running Qlikvew 11.2 SR5.
