Unable to lease the license

Hi All,

We are unable to lease a license from the QlikView server in a particular machine.We have tried  with same user id in different machine and we are able to lease the license. Please could you advise what could be the problem.

We have restarted the machine and checked also but no luck.

Hi,

     Make sure that the machine is in same network, and check this using PING command.

Connect it with a specific user id which has a named cal assigned on the QV server. This should work. Also check firewalls to make sure you are able to connect to your QlikView server from this machine.
