Unable to see Excel or PDF option to create report in nprinting

Hi All,

I am new in Nprinting. I have installed Nprinting designer on my pc and I have named user cal. I opened nprinting and saved the connection, I clicked on the same link for designing but can’t see Excel or PDF option to create report.

Please help!!!

Hi,

You need to click on Reports Button then you can see all types of reports..
