Updating list of documents in the Qlikview Console
I have moved the physical location of some documents and they still appear in the console at the old location with licences allocated. i also have 2 scheduled reloads which are redundant and need removing.
Any pointers as to how to tidy up the console to only show the documents in their current locations and remove the redundant entries in the Status tab would be gratefully accepted!
I have tried refreshing and stopping and startign the Qlikview services on the server - all to no effect.
Looks like documents allocated CALs retain their original listing in the Management console, even when moved to other folders.
To resolve this, move them back to the original location, restart the QVS service, remove the CAL, move the doc to its new location then restart the QVS - hitting the refresh button at the top of the listing each time the QVS is restarted. Hey presto - the listing clears up the documents.
