User Administration: App Reconnection

Hi friends!

The user via the thin client sets the filter and goes to the next tab, at this moment is reconnection occurs.

When I deleted the Shared files - the problem is gone. But I can't remove Shared files regulary.

Maybe anybody faced the similar problem?

What could be the reason and how to solve it?
