User can't open txt file for writing!

I have a button that export data to a txt file. On the same button, a Word Doc open and is setup as a mail merge. The txt file is the datasource to the Word Doc.

All works perfect for me. (using dev app or going throught web plugin) When my user tries it, she gets an error.

Cannot open file T:\applications\Astute\Files\MergeData1.txt for writing!

If I take off the exporting of the txt file, the user can open the Word Doc, but old data is in it.

We gave the user Read, Write, Modify, Read & Excute rights to the folder.

Thanks in Advance for any help.

Thanks

Tom

T:\applications\Astute\Files\MergeData1.txt won't work - you need something like

\\<QlikView server name>\T$\applications\Astute\Files\MergeData1.txt
