I have a Qlikview Document with Section Access which works great, when a ADMIN user logs in but when USER's are then denied to login the document. I am using QV10 version .
Sounds like you have activated Strict Exclusion under Settings > Document properties > Opening.
This means that if the user with access level USER does not have a valid reduction value, he/she will be denied access. I.e. you need to have a valid connection for that user between the section access and the rest of your data model.
Thanks for response Johannes. I have found the root cause by referring older posts. Section Access customername was in Upper case and the Section Application Customer name was in lower case. Now i made both as uppercase and it is working fine. Any have thanks for your response.
