I have assigned CAL users in qlikview server,but when i login to the qv SERVER using the assigned users(using remote desktop) i am not able to access the QV dashboard files below is the warning

Please can anyone suggest to resolve this?

Shouldn´t you using Access Point?

I asked you why are you using Remote Desktop, you´re supposed to use a web browser and point to you server.
