Am trying to create a "user preference" page, where the users can specify their preferred dimensions of interest (ie Europe vs America etc..), and save as a bookmark.
When they next connect to the system, through pressing a button on the home page, this applies the previously defined bookmark...
At the moment, I am only able to get this to work, when its saved as a "document bookmark" - which then does not allow user interaction once on the server...
Does anyone have any thoughts as to what im doing wrong?
Server users cannot affect changes to the bookmarks developers create in the document.
However when a document is placed on the server - provided you allow it - the user can open up the server report & create their own server bookmarks. These will be stored as seperate meta data on the server which they can manipulate as often as required.
