Using intervalMatch function.While calculating % , the sum of individual distribution exceeds 100%

Hello I am trying to use IntervalMatch analyze the data to count the Jam. I have the Jam count as monthly average. The data is collected over a period of 5 months and average the data.

I am using IntervalMatch function to map the data, I want to know what % of devices had Jam and occurrence.

1)My Problem is  The total Sum of all % is exceeding 100%

2) Any other better way to map?

Look here:

0.6001,	4.0,		0.6-<=0.8
0.8001,	1.0,	0.8-<=1

Your ranges are not disjunctive. It may cause 100%+ problem
