Value for specific dimension if similar to another dimension

Ok, this one is giving me a hard time.

I'm trying to find a way to find the value for a dimension if it is similar to another dimension.  I have the following set Up...

So for Part 1 of my question.  How can i get only the "Member Reported Spend" for a given "Contract Name" if it matches the '=agg' column (i.e. the Spend for 3m Company for Adhesive Skin Closures - "3M COMPANY")? 

I've tried variations of sum(agg(wildmatch....and can't seem to quite get it.  Any suggestions?
