Values in the center of bubble in google map

Hi All,

I have created a google map with static api. 

it is working perfect but.. i need to show the datapoints on the circles.. and i want to show them in the center of circle

but.. nothing is working for me... the bigger the value the bigger is the distance of value from circle.

Please help me out to resolve the issue.
