I've upgraded from QV server 10 SR1 (on a windows 2003 Server) to QV Server 11 SR2 (on a windows 2008 server).
We're still on a 4-core virtual machine windows 64 bits, with 12 go RAM.
Our QVD reload script uses and ODBC connection to our i-Serie (AS400)
Reload time of QVDs are 7 to 10 times longer from V10 SR1 to V11 SR2 : for example,; reloading a 53 Mo file used to take 12 seconds ; now it takes near 2 minutes.
A very big file that took 45 minutes takes now 5 hours to reload...
Before i go forward and test by moving step-by-step the QV server versions and paramter-by-paramater my ODBC connection, a simple question : has omeone noticed a clear depreciation of reloading times of QVD reloads by upgradind from V10 to V11 IR, then V11 SR2, then V11 SR2 ?
