Visual Cues comparing time

I have some timestamp data of employee entry/exit times and I'm trying to highlight times in a straight chart that the employee arrives late, stays late or leaves early but am having some difficulty in making a 'time' comparison work.

I have the entry time via a timestamp format down to hh:mm:ss (07:30:00) and compare it to a MakeTime(9,0,0) in the Visual cues and no matter what the entry time is it is always highlighted.

Yes it is. You have no idea how long I messed with this trying to get it to work. Appreciate you help.

No problemo.. its a small change to ur script...I have used comments to show where i have made the change.
